Q. Why MBA?
Ans: Their is no straight forward ans for this question

Example of how could you answer this question:-

Firstly Describe your short term and long term goals

Then,These 4 good reasons might help you:
1. Better career opportunities
MBA programme graduates have higher chances of obtaining a high-level management position
2. Better consolidated business network
MBA students have good networking opportunities. Due to this type of study you interact in a relevant manner with colleagues, professors and teaching staff. Furthermore, if you are not doing a part-time MBA next to your job you have good chances to meet potential employers through the various internships that most top MBA programme include. Students gain access to the extensive alumni network of that particular MBA programme and of others.
3. New skill and knowledge acquisition
MBA education is usually pursued in a very specific situation by a young professional with a few years of experience and sometimes even by senior employees that feel up for the challenge. After some time in the professional life it is in the human nature to conform to a certain repetitiveness and to stagnate in a comfort zone. This limits your disposition for learning and new skill acquisition, why should I learn something new when what I know works just fine, its safer to stick to what I know best. Studying a Master of Business Administration forces you to get out of your comfort zone, deal with the latest issues, apply the newest management techniques and just constantly challenge yourself, your practices and your approaches. And that will continue after graduation as well, as an MBA also provides you with the channels that will keep this challenge alive and push you to continuously improve.
4. A holistic perspective on the business world

While studying an MBA you become part of a great network of professionals, so you always challenge yourself with the problem-solving issues. These things together give you a great overview of the business world. If you are person that can cope with holding a leadership position, then you are probably a good candidate for an MBA.

Note to Remember:-

Note 1: There is no ideal answer. If there were one, most aspirants would be rejected for parroting it. Have confidence in the fact that you're planning to pursue an MBA for the right reasons and that all will work out for the best in the near future.

Note 2: Money is an outcome of succeeding in your desired career choice. Do you need an MBA for money? Are there not better ways to earn money?

Q. Where do you see yourself Ten years from now?

 Ans: Your answer

Beware:-One reason interviewers ask this question is to see if you‟re settling for this
position, using it merely as a stopover until something better comes along. Or they
could be trying to gauge your level of ambition.

Example:

After 10 years, I would like to see myself leading a team of dedicated and motivated employees towards the goal of the company and in the process, I would like to grow as an individual both professionally and personally.

Q. Did you lead any team in college?
Ans: Yes or no

Ans: your role model that inspires you whole life
Role model can be anyone -cartoon character, your parents, actor, actress, leader etc
Note. You should know everything about that person or character
Beware:-The two traps here are unpreparedness and irrelevance. If you grope for an answer, it seems you‟ve never been inspired. If you ramble about your high school
basketball coach, you‟ve wasted an opportunity to present qualities of great value to the interviewer
Q. Have you won any prize/ awards?

Q. What are your Hobbies and interests?
Ans. Don't mix your hobbies with interests
Difference between hobbies and interests:
Hobby : You find free time to do xyz
Interest:You do xyz in your free time

What is a over,No of players in a team, length of a pitch, who is striker etc

Q. List down 5 qualities which are important to be a good manager.
Ans:

1. Creativity

Creativity is what separates competence from excellence. Creativity is the spark that propels projects forward and that captures peoples' attention. Creativity is the ingredient that pulls the different pieces together into a cohesive whole, adding zest and appeal in the process

2. Structure

The context and structure we work within always have a set of parameters, limitations and guidelines. A stellar manager knows how to work within the structure and not let the structure impinge upon the process or the project. Know the structure intimately, so as to guide others to effectively work within the given parameters. Do this to expand beyond the boundaries.

3. Intuition

Intuition is the capacity of knowing without the use of rational processes; it's the cornerstone of emotional intelligence. People with keen insight are often able to sense what others are feeling and thinking; consequently, they're able to respond perfectly to another through their deeper understanding. The stronger one's intuition, the stronger manager one will be.

4. Knowledge

A thorough knowledge base is essential. The knowledge base must be so ingrained and integrated into their being that they become transparent, focusing on the employee and what s/he needs to learn, versus focusing on the knowledge base. The excellent manager lives from a knowledge base, without having to draw attention to it.

5. Commitment

A manager is committed to the success of the project and of all team members. S/he holds the vision for the collective team and moves the team closer to the end result. It's the manager's commitment that pulls the team forward during trying times.

6. Discipline/Focus

Discipline is the ability to choose and live from what one pays attention to. Discipline as self-mastery can be exhilarating! Role model the ability to live from your intention consistently and you'll role model an important leadership quality.
